With the largest team of professional video agents in europe, we offer worldwide coverage in multiple languages. .<br /><br />Key responsibilities.<br />As a video agent - fraud detection specialist, your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the identity verification process as part of their onboarding journey. .<br />This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and retain information accurately. You will conduct video calls with customers, strictly following established procedures and utilizing a predefined script. .<br /><br />Your tasks will include:.<br />Customer management: engaging in video calls with customers, strictly adhering toestablished processes. German c1/native levelfor the service provided, the fpe must have a native-level proficiency in the relevant service language.
