Voice Actor

Role: Remote voice recording for training and evaluating a speech AI model.

Time commitment: 5-10 hours/week

Pay: $50-$100/hour

Who they are looking for:

• Native Latin American Spanish speakers living in Latin America
• Neutral, internationally understandable Spanish
• Clear, expressive voice
• Voice-acting experience is preferred but not required
• Good-quality microphone and quiet, professional recording environment

Main work:

• Record conversational, narrative, and instructional scripts
• Maintain consistent accent, pronunciation, tone, and pacing
• Provide different emotions and styles, plus multiple takes
• Follow recording and audio-format guidelines

Important: Voice cloning is part of the project. Your recordings may be used to create a cloned voice for the client's internal CX AI Agent. Recordings will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products or purposes.

Contract: Independent contractor, fully remote, flexible schedule.

Payment: Weekly via Stripe or Wise, based on services completed.

Bonus qualifications:

• TTS, audiobook, IVR, broadcasting, or AI voice experience
• Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or similar audio-editing experience
• Ability to perform corporate, energetic, calm, and conversational styles

Best candidate: A Latin American Spanish speaker with a neutral accent, a good microphone, a quiet recording room, and an expressive voice, even without professional voice-acting experience.
