Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for job specs and growing the database
- Keep internal resource database up to date
- Conduct prescreening interviews with candidates
- Skills test where applicable
- Obtain references
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting candidates, using social media and job sites
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Confirm correct details on employment offers and liaise with candidates and management in this regard
- Conduct pre- Employment verification checks
- Meet for fingerprints
- Sign consent form
- Checks: Criminal, ID fraud, credit (if going to financial institution client)
- Submit candidate details to CEO and Finance for drawing up of employment contract
- Arrange new employee equipment and software, specified as per relevant head of department
- Arrange new employee induction at client, preferably for first working day
- Arrange new employee company induction with Digiterra before first working day
