Requisitos:
We are looking for a tech- Avvy person who is passionate about learning, works well in teams, and takes pride in their work
- Native level of French and English on a fluent level (Fluency in Spanish is a plus)
- 1- 2+ years of related experience in Technical Support
- Strong analytical skills and solution focus
- Possess a bachelor-s degree or have relevant work experience
- Availability to work from 12. 00 to 20. 00 CET
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Atividades para realizar:
- Ensuring a pleasant and emphatic experience
- Communication with our research participants through live chat
- Monitor and support participant activity via quality checks to ensure complete and high- Quality data for our customers
- Ensure participants are paid and reimbursed in a timely manner fothe r completion of the project.
- Providing live technical support to customers and participants - Addressing all product- Related queries.
- Training participants to use our products effectively
- Documenting and reporting technical requirements and issues
- Collecting and providing our development team with participant feedback to help identify potential new features or products
- Establishing best practices and building out a knowledgebase for customers and research participants
