DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requirements:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops/laptops and associated peripherals. (Both hardware/ software)
Install, troubleshoot, and repair Standard SOE Image on Desktops and Laptops.
Image Installation using SCCM
Image installation using Intune/ Azure autopilot.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard applications (MS Office/ MS Office 365, Adobe, VPN, bit locker, etc. )
Deploy IT assets to office- Ased users and coordinate courier/ shipping for remote users.
Provide technical assistance and training to end users on computer operating systems and Standard applications.
Instruct and assist end users in the use of computer equipment, software, and accessories.
Ability to Evaluate and test new technology for feasibility and implementation within the IT Environment.
Document all support activities within the IT Incident and request Management tracking tool.
Coordinate efforts with 3rd party vendors to repair faulty hardware/ software.
IT Stock and stock room management
Physical move of assets between IT stock locations.
Provide remote support for home- Ased users from the same country or different counties.
Help remote server team on Server/network hardware related issues
Hands and feet support, patch cabling and patch cable tracking
Basic troubleshooting of Data network/ Telephony devices/ Projectors/ Meeting room equipment/ Printers.
Basic troubleshooting of Wi- Fi/ LAN/ WAN
Windows 7/ 10 client OS and native windows application and tools.
Experience in Multifactor authentication, encryption and VPN technologies.
Experience in IT asset management Lifecycle and process
Proven experience in Microsoft365/ Office 365 and Azure cloud infrastructures
Experience in Microsoft Autopilot/ Intune based device deployment.
Experience in SCCM based imaging and application installation (use of for deployment of Operating Systems and
Applications)
Very good experience in common of the shelf Software and Application installation and Troubleshooting
Strong experience in Desktop/ Laptop hardware (Lenovo/ HP/ Dell/ Microsoft) troubleshooting
Should have operational knowledge on ServiceNow ticket
management and asset management.

 
Responsibilities:
Strong 2nd line technical skills (Onsite support)
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
Process Documentation
ITIL processes knowledge
Experienced in White glove support.
Flexibility to work in shifts or non- Usiness hours on call support
Flexibility to travel if required (less than 5%)
Should be well versed in ITIL Processes mainly, Incident, request, Problem and Change management
Support the end customer as Face of IT
Drive high level of customer service and satisfaction
Manage incident and service request queues to ensure SLAs are met
Provide hands on resolution of 1st to 3rd line software and hardware incidents where required
Work with offshore capabilities to deliver efficient and effective service
Track and manage IT assets in asset management systems.
Review and take part in problem management activities
Fulfill service requests for varied IT equipment
Drive compliance to internal and external processes and standards
Initiate service improvements to the overall service
Maintain knowledge repository documentation
Take part in change management activities as required
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to handle end customers including  customers.
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter- Group coordination within the modules of the project.
Certification:
Three years diploma or any graduate
Strong hands on experience in deskside support L2 operation in mid- Large customer environment.
