Responsibilities:
- Build new customer relationships of your own accord
- Inform customers about the truck cartel and their rights and resolve any supplementary inquiry that may arise
- Sell our free services to the customers
- Manage the documentation provided by the customers and their accounts
- Manage reporting in a timely and orderly fashion to your Team Leader
