You will assist customers primarily by phone, as well as through email and live chat. We are looking for friendly, dependable professionals who communicate confidently and provide personalized, white-glove customer service.

What Youll Do

• Assist customers by phone, email, and live chat.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Deliver friendly, personalized, and solution-oriented service.
• Speak with customers while documenting information accurately.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Meet quality, attendance, and customer-satisfaction goals.

What Were Looking For

• Advanced spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Previous customer service, customer care, or contact center experience.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute while speaking with customers.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, empathetic, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently from home.
