Requisitos:
- Minimum 3 year commitment required
- Must speak Spanish and English
- Desire to stay long term and grow with the family run business
- Ability to add creative flair to tasks
Actividades a realizar:
- Schedule captains, guides, cars, and boats
- Confirm guest activities for the next day
- Organize boats and activities for guests
- Run errands and lead activities as a guide, driver, and captain
- Inventory and purchasing of supplies
- Manage team and conduct performance reviews
- Recruit staff
- Monitor daily employee checklists
Ofrecemos:
- 4500 pesos per week plus housing and food
